It's Tack from The Thief and the Cobbler. It was one my favs when I was little, Tack's still probably my favorite cartoon character to date.

I was looking at the deviations today and I thought this was Lloyd for a second with "First Aid" and found it frikken hilarious xDDD Then I realized it wasn't Lloyd and continued laughing at the idea of "First Aid" :3
